- How do Pre-Sales of dolls and kits work?
To reserve your limited edition doll or doll kit, we offer pre-sales--the opportunity to purchase the doll or kit in advance.
We offer two payment options:
- Payment in full with free or discounted shipping.

Prepayment of shipping cost plus a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the total cost of the item. If customers prefer to leave a deposit, Play Days Dolls will send an invoice for the balance due when the doll or kit arrives in stock at our store ready to ship.
The deposit is non-refundable as it is used to reserve your item with the manufacturer.

- Why should I pre-purchase a doll or kit?
You may run out of time or forget to purchase the doll. Limited edition collector dolls and doll kits are produced in small numbers with a short time span available during which orders are taken.
Once the manufacturer fulfills the orders, the particular doll and/or doll kit is retired. When the doll is sold out, it becomes scarcer because it is no longer being produced.

- When will my doll/doll kit arrive?
The item description will list the approximate time when we expect the item in stock. As soon as we receive the doll or kit, we will invoice you for the remaining balance.. Upon receipt of payment, your doll or kit will be shipped to you. If you have already paid in full for your doll or kit, your item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

- Can I return an item if I don't like it?
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (at our expense) if a replacement is not available.
Should we require the item to be sent back to us, we will send a pre-paid return label to you with your replaced item that can be used to return the item to us.
